FSSC 22000

The FSSC 22000 is an international scheme of certification of food safety management the requirements of which are based on the ISO 22000:2005 international standard, the HACCP principles and requirements to the pre-requisite programs described in detail in the ISO / TS 22002-1:2009 technical specification.

The FSSC 22000 is one of the most comprehensive approaches to certification of food safety management for those involved in the process of food production of the companies dealing with food production. Since the scheme is based on the ISO 22000 standard, it easily integrates into other quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and enables the food producers to improve the quality of the food products and ensure their safety.
